the 6 ply tire is alittle tougher tire and if you drive on some rocky or rough roads then the 6 ply would probably be a better choice. but in my opinion you,ll get a better ride on the hiway with the 4 ply tires. and unless you just use the truck for towing i would be happy with the 4 ply tires.
